Meet the Dougans
Hello! We would like to introduce our family to you. We recently moved out of North Kansas City to a much smaller town, Clinton County Missouri. There’s just something about a small town that we longed for, something we were both used to. We are proud parents of an ornery 4-year-old boy, Huk. He keeps us on our toes to say the least. He loves monster trucks, dirt bikes, mud, lots of mud, superheroes, and anything that’s loud and goes fast! When asking him what he wants to be when he grows up, without hesitation he says, “A monster truck driver and an FMX rider.”
Bailey Shea is a native to Chillicothe, Mo. She attended high school in Jamesport Mo. Growing up she raced ATVs on a professional level, later being discovered by Monster Jam. She has been behind the wheel of a 12,000 lb. monster truck ever since. In the Fall of 2022, she started driving for Team Throttle Monster. She got the opportunity to pilot ROCKWELL R.E.D. for fourteen events to finish out her season. In 2023 she’ll continue her career with Team Monster Throttle, with 30 events on her schedule. Bailey will be behind the wheel of the iconic Monster Mutt Dalmatian, Monster Jam truck. She will be competing on the Arena Series West, venturing to over 20 different states. Cole, on the other hand was born and raised in Maryville Mo. He attended college at Northwest Missouri State University. In 2014 I graduated college with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Agriculture Business. We both enjoy being outdoors and spending most of our free time with family or surrounded by motorsports. We are fortunate enough now to be closer to both of our families since moving. This has been the biggest blessing of all.
We have enjoyed the new relationships we are starting to form just since starting our new business in payments/merchant services. We believe strongly in pulling together and supporting each other in each of our endeavors and we are so excited to serve our business here in the NW Missouri area. We look forward to getting to know you better and growing together in this amazing community of ours!
